1.3 The Artworks

Each painting is an original artwork created by myself, Alysia Webster. They will be signed on the back, with their title and date.

Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see may be different due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings.

1.4 Packaging

Every care will be taken to ensure the artwork is protected during shipping. Each artwork will be packaged flat, using archive quality  glassine paper, cardboard and bubble wrap.

1.5 Shipping

UK Shipping costs are included in the artwork price and I will send them with tracked shipping and insurance within three working days. after I have received payment via bank transfer. I will notify you when I have posted the work.

International Shipping (I.e. anywhere outside of the UK) is not included in the artwork price. Please contact myself (see 1.1) for a shipping quote.

1.6 Returns and Refunds

If you are unhappy with the work you have received I will be happy to refund you within 7 days of receiving the work. Please see 1.1 on how to get in contact. However the postage costs of returning the work with the same packaging must be covered at your own cost. I will process the refund once I have received the painting and it arrives in the same condition I sent it.

1.7 We reserve the right to

Change these conditions from time to time; your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check to determine whether the conditions have been changed.

Any order placed through the website is not binding until the work has been despatched. Artwork listed may be withdrawn from sale at any point by the artist for reasons such as, but not limited to,  sale elsewhere or withheld for exhibition display.
